How can I pay my bill online?
You can settle your bills online by accessing Prospector+. From the MLS dashboard, you will find a ‘Pay Online’ option available. If you are having difficulty finding this option, please click here to pay online or refer to the link below. Once you are on the payment webpage, navigate to the menu tab located in the top right corner, select ‘Pay Online’, and then choose ‘Pay Your Bills Online’ to proceed with your payment. Additionally, below are step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the payment webpage. You can also contact Account Services Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm at 916-922-7584 option 3.

How to Make an Online Payment: Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Sign In
Type in your MLS ID and Password, then click on the Sign In button.
2. Access the Payment Section
Click on the Menu, then select Pay Online from the drop-down list. A second drop-down menu will appear—choose Pay Your Bill Online.
3. Select Payment Items
On the billing page, check the box labeled Check All, then click Continue.
4. Enter Payment Information
Enter your credit card details into the highlighted fields.
1. If you selected the Monthly Billing option during registration, click the Select All button under Autopayment Choices on the far right.
Click Submit to proceed.
5. Authorize Payment
Click the I authorize this payment button. A receipt will be automatically emailed to the applicant.
6. Log Out
On the receipt page, click the small upside-down triangle in the upper right corner to open the drop-down menu. Then click Log Off to exit the system.
