MetroList works with several IDX providers, often called Approved Vendors* who offer a range of products and services from powering your existing website with listings from the MetroList MLS, to building and hosting brand new websites.
Below is the list of MetroList Approved IDX Vendors that you can contact directly.
A "Reseller" is commonly referred to as an Approved Vendor or Provider. This implies the vendor has entered into a contract with the MLS to provide Vendor's software tools and websites containing MLS data to MLS Subscribers through a sub-license agreement. MLS Subscribers may go directly to the Approved Vendor/ Reseller to purchase their "IDX" products. The MLS requires a completed Subscriber Authorization Form (SAF) signed by an agent's Broker prior to the services starting.
