A “Reseller” is commonly referred to as an Approved Vendor or Provider. This implies the vendor has entered into a contract with the MLS to provide Vendor’s software tools and websites containing MLS data to MLS Subscribers through a sub-license agreement. MLS Subscribers may go directly to the Approved Vendor/ Reseller to purchase their “IDX” products. The MLS requires a completed Subscriber Authorization Form (SAF) signed by an agent’s Broker prior to the services starting.
